The Stormwater fees that are implemented to each parcel of land in St. Francis help pay for the management and services of all these entities: 

  • Stormwater Ponds - 983
  • Storm Catch Basins - 589
  • Storm Culverts - 528
  • Storm Manholes - 150
  • Storm Sewer Conduit - 15.7 miles
  • Box Culverts, Ditches, Creeks, Natural, Other
  • Ditch Management/Restoration - clean them out of sediment/debris. If need be, we can also reroute or redirect the flow of the stormwater to ensure that field/land drainage is working properly.

    • 2022 - Poppy Street Reconstruction Project - $111,000
    • 2022 - 233rd/Nacre Ditch Cleaning - $9,500
    • 2023 - Dellwood Trail Riverbank Stabilization Project (Collaboration with Anoka Conservation District)
    • 2023 - SFHS Roadside Swale - Added Check Dams (Collaboration with Anoka Conservation District)
    • 2023 - 245th Culvert Replacement (Collaboration with Stanford Township)
    • 2023 - 238th Culvert Replacement 
    • 2024 - Rum River Woods River Stabilization Project (Collaboration wiht Anoka Conservation District)
    • 2024 - St. Francis Rain Garden (Collaboration with Anoka Conservation District) 
    • 2025 - 241st Culvert Replacement - $9,800
    • 2025 - Woodbine Street Stormwater Construction Project - $100,000
    • 2025 - Cobalt Street Project - $5500
    • 2025 - Diamond Drum Mulcher - $26,077 (SW Pond Clean-up)
