Stormwater Program

The Stormwater fees that are implemented to each parcel of land in St. Francis help pay for the management and services of all these entities: 

• Stormwater Ponds - 983
• Storm Catch Basins - 589
• Storm Culverts - 528
• Storm Manholes - 150
• Storm Sewer Conduit - 15.7 miles
• Box Culverts, Ditches, Creeks, Natural, Other
• Ditch Management/Restoration - clean them out of sediment/debris. If need be, we can also reroute or redirect the flow of the stormwater to ensure that field/land drainage is working properly.

  • 2022 Poppy Street Reconstruction Project - $111,000
  • 2022 233rd/Nacre Ditch Cleaning - $9,500
  • 2023 Dellwood Project - Riverbank Stabilization (Worked with Anoka Conservation District)
  • 2023 SFHS Roadside Swale - Added Check Dams (Worked with Anoka Conservation District)
  • 2023 - Two Culvert Replacements
  • Bi-Annual Street Sweeping - 2021 - $26,567.88; 2022 - $23,932.75
