City Offices Closed - February 24th

The St. Francis City Hall Offices will be closed Monday, February 24th, 2025, due to a scheduled maintenance project that will require electricity to be shut down to the city hall. 

Please Note: All staff will be available via email and phone

Normal business hours will resume Tuesday, February 25th
