Job Summary: The City of St. Francis, MN is looking for a dynamic individual with recent leadership/management experience in a local government setting to lead this growing city of over 8,100 citizens. The position requires either a combination of four years leadership/management experience in a local government setting and a bachelor’s degree in public administration or a related field or a combination of two years leadership/management experience in a local government setting and a graduate degree in the same areas. The salary range for this position is: $112,340-$140,441 annually.
